BORA multifunctional drawer
The BORA multifunctional drawer is more than just a warming drawer. You can use it to preheat tableware, keep dishes warm and reheat food, defrost food, and cook dishes at low temperatures. The drawer can be used on its own or combined with the BORA X BO steam oven.
More than just a BORA warming drawer
The BORA multifunctional drawer offers a variety of options while cooking. You can use it to preheat plates and other tableware, so a hot dish cools down more slowly once you serve it. You can also use it to reheat or keep prepared dishes warm, defrost ingredients, and cook dishes slowly at low temperatures. This means you can use the drawer for more than just keeping tableware warm.
Low-temperature cooking
One of the functions of the BORA multifunctional drawer is low-temperature cooking. The temperature range is from 30 to 100 °C and can be adjusted in six levels. You can choose from preset programs or set the desired temperature and time yourself. The drawer also features a delayed start function.
BORA multifunction drawer 140 or 290 mm
The BORA multifunctional drawer is available in two sizes: 140 and 290 mm high. The BORA MS140 is 559 mm wide, 140 mm high, and 537 mm deep, with a capacity of 20 liters. The larger BORA MS290 is also 559 mm wide and 537 mm deep, but 290 mm high. This model has a capacity of 50 liters and comes with a divider rack. This allows you to utilize the available space across multiple levels.
Operating the BORA multifunctional drawer
The drawer features touch controls with icons. You can select a preset program or manually set the temperature and time. The front has no protruding handle. With Push2Open, you open the drawer by gently pressing against the front.
BORA multifunction drawer with X BO
The multifunctional drawer can be combined with the BORA X BO steam oven. When both appliances are connected, you can also control the drawer via the X BO’s touchscreen. The appliances also complement each other in terms of design. The multifunctional drawer features a flat, handle-free design and can be installed directly beneath the X BO.
Cleaning the BORA multifunctional drawer
The interior is designed so that the surfaces are easily accessible for cleaning. On the larger MS290 model, the adjustable rack is also dishwasher-safe.
